1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and inak888 (hereinafter "inak888", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the inak888 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://inak888.cam and any related sub-domains, applications, or services operated by inak888.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on inak888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. inak888 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities in recognition of international responsible gaming standards.
• You are registering in your own name and on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of a third party are strictly prohibited.
• You are not a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law at the time of account use.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from inak888 or had an account permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms.

• You possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Registration on inak888 requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. inak888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at any time.

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the inak888 platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.2 KYC Document Requirements

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, inak888 will require the player to complete identity verification (KYC). The following documents may be requested:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian MyKad (front and back), passport, or equivalent.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your name and residential address (not older than 90 days).

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. inak888 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security. 5 Deposits & Payments

inak888 accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) from players using the following verified Malaysian payment channels:

• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to change. 6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) to the player's verified payment method. inak888 is committed to processing withdrawals as promptly as possible, subject to the following conditions being met:

• The player's KYC verification is complete and approved.
• All active bonus wagering requirements have been fully met.
• The requested withdrawal amount falls within the player's current daily and monthly withdrawal limits.

6.1 Processing Timeframes

inak888 targets the following withdrawal processing speeds by payment method:

• DuitNow, FPX: 5 to 15 minutes — processed to all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong.

Timeframes are indicative and based on standard operating conditions. Processing may be delayed during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required. inak888 will communicate any delays to the affected player promptly.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily/monthly maximum limits apply and are subject to the player's account verification status and VIP tier. 7 Bonuses & Promotions

inak888 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, refer-a-friend rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") which must be completed before bonus funds or associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games are detailed in each promotion's individual terms.
• inak888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any ongoing obligations to players who have already accepted and met conditions of an active promotion are honoured.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise specified. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and account action.
• Birthday bonuses are subject to verification of date of birth on file and require a minimum deposit activity within the preceding 30-day period. Amounts vary by VIP tier, ranging from MYR 188 (Bronze) to MYR 2,688 (VIP tier).
• The Refer-a-Friend programme pays a reward of MYR 38 per successful referral, defined as a referred player who completes registration, passes KYC, and makes a qualifying deposit. Referral rewards are subject to standard wagering requirements before withdrawal.

8 Betting Rules

inak888 offers sports betting across a wide range of markets including, but not limited to, Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UFC and mixed martial arts, the NBA, international cricket, and tennis. The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. inak888 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed bet, except in circumstances where a technical error has demonstrably affected the integrity of the wager.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, inak888 will apply the settlement rules specific to that sport and market type as detailed in the Sports Betting Rules document accessible within the Platform.
• inak888 reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the odds displayed were materially incorrect due to a technical error, pricing feed fault, or human error, or where the relevant event result has been affected by match-fixing or corruption.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and event. Players whose betting patterns are identified as professional, arbitrage-based, or otherwise inconsistent with recreational gambling may have their maximum bet limits reduced at inak888's sole discretion.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software. inak888 accepts no responsibility for disputes arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or mechanics. Each game's rules and RTP information are available within the game interface.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the inak888 platform. Breach of any of the below provisions may result in the immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account without authorisation.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment instruments to fund your account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live dealer games, or sports betting to the detriment of other players or inak888.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, exploiting technical errors to obtain unintended bonus credits, or engaging in matched betting using bonus funds.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law, where such access violates the applicable laws of that jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes harassment, threats, or abuse directed at inak888 staff, customer support representatives, or other players.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software, infrastructure, or security systems.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

inak888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or legal requirement mandating account closure or fund seizure.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion pursuant to our Responsible Gambling Policy.
• Identification of a duplicate account associated with the same player.

Where an account is closed for a reason other than the player's own breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the inak888 platform — including but not limited to the inak888 brand name and logo, website design, interface layout, game graphics, software, text, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of inak888 or its licensed technology partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of inak888.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, inak888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, wagers, or winnings resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or network disruptions.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any inaccuracy, error, or interruption in sports data feeds, live score updates, or game results displays.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, or Public Bank.

inak888's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that player to their account in the 90-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Responsible Gambling

inak888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that support player wellbeing. The following responsible gambling features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their account settings. These limits take effect immediately upon application and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automated reminders that notify them of the duration of their current gambling session.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international licensing framework under which inak888 operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international arbitration body as designated by inak888.

inak888 explicitly does not claim to operate under any Malaysian government licence, and these Terms do not constitute a waiver of any rights or obligations arising under Malaysian law as applicable to individual players. Players in Malaysia are individually responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953, the Betting Act 1953, and any other applicable Malaysian legislation.

15 Amendments to These Terms

inak888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or a prominent notice on the platform no less than 7 calendar days before the revised Terms take effect, except in cases where immediate implementation is required to address security vulnerabilities, fraud risks, or legal compliance requirements.

Your continued use of the inak888 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account and the return of any eligible real-money balance.
